Can i vassalize Vampire Coast with Vampire Counts with this one?

I tried confederate Khalida as Settra to acquire her, but I couldn't because my lord pool (I confederate dune kingdom pior and had all their leftover lords) was full and thus Khalida could not show up in my lord pool. Is there a way to permanently "remove" lords from lord pool to prevent the pool from reaching its maximum point?

Can you confederate major factions as minor factions with this?
Doing a Helhein campaign and i really want to confederate ironbrow but cant due to lacking a proper mod for it

@Igna It only let's you confederate with the same race so it will not let Dwarfs confederate the Empire or Southern Realms only other Dwarfs.

This mod still doesn't work for me. I played a whole campaign with dwarfs and can only confederate with dwarfs

I think the Empire has unique confederation options.

My understanding is while it LETS YOU confederate like culture factions , you still have to meet the conditions of being able to confederate, same like in vanilla
ie it does not allow you to force confederation. For example you bad diplomacy with that faction.
or some technology restrictions, you own the DLC etc

@SALTY-TRUCK Races like the Vampire Coast don't get that, they are not able to confederate

i don't get it, vanilla have option to confiderate with ,,same culture types'' so why you just make mod that lets confiderate with all factions?

I'm having trouble with this as well, as Khemri. Can't confed either of the two NPC Tomb King factions in Mortal Empires. I don't think I have any mods installed that affect diplomacy, and I don't have any total overhauls installed or anything; I did install this mid-playthrough, though (was using Forced Confederation previously and it was working fine). Is that what's causing this, or is it something with the mod itself?

Why does no one write about the fact that the liberated legendary lords appear without their artifacts??? If they had their legendary items before their faction was destroyed, then they will never be able to have them after they are released! How can I fix this, and is it even possible?!

@Def Kislev, The Border Princes, Tilea, Estalia, Sudenburg and The New World Colonies are considered a different race so its not an option

@furtissim last time i played vampire coast and confederated was before hunter and the beast.
But i confederated with Noctilus and everything was fine.
Then i confederated with Cylostra and i cant remember if the quest never showed up or i just didnt do it.
But i do remember that when i confederated with Aranessa i did one of the quest objectives and the rest nver showed up.

Can anyone please confirm if this works for Vampire Coast?

I like to confederate all LLs before they do their legendary quests., but I've seen some other mods that allow for VCoast confeds have many problems: for example not gaining experience for confederated lords, unable to launch legendary quests, not being able to build unique landmakrs on each ship. Could someone tell me if this mod is free from all these problems?

Can't get this to work.

Seems to work fine for me as a player, but AI factions almost never confederate. I'm 140-150 turns into an ME campaign as Bretonnians (I realize they're a special case, but playing as Lizardmen I had no issues unifying the species) and the High Elves, Empire, Dwarves, Dark Elves, and Lizardmen are all still 5-8 smaller factions. They didn't start confederating until I added another AI improvement mod.
