I think there's a similar mod for DE already made. I think it's a Summon Overhaul mod that contains a number of improvements aside from just incarnate summon duration.

Is it possible for you to create a mod for the bone widow to last forever? Me and my friends all try using 1 pet (summon) and it would be amazing if you did this.

It should - you'll want this mod above that one in the load order I believe. Or was it below? I'm not sure. Try it both ways and let me know!

I'll take a look at it again on the back end - the files are on my other solid state and I'll need to install it on the new rig. The value is set to 999999999 rounds at present and only works on newly summoned incarnates

It works for me. You likely have a conflicting mod. Read below and you'll see this mod should be at the bottom of the loadout.

this just straight up does nothing but change the number of rounds that it says it lasts if not make it last less, i keep going to buff it but it fucks off before i can even finish

@dylanwitwer had the same problem. You just have to change the boot order of any mods affecting the incarnate. This mod should be on the bottom.

"-1" will make it disappear right away when you summon it, "infinite" code for "life time" is "999999999" (9 number 9), which make the countdown disappear completely.

dude you need to change from 9999999999 to -1 to make it permanent :) -1 is the code number for permanent, it will remove the turns completely.

I think i may also end up waiting . I know of the mod someone else spoke of that also added extra totems(which i dont think i'll really utilize much) but I'm also not entirely sure i want my incarnates just out 24/7 either, longer duration maybe would be a bit better.

Still, rated as this mod is still a nice/useful one to have, I just don't know if i personally want to use it in my current playthru at the moment. Favorited so I can keep track of it and your work :)

I like the idea but them being around for so long is a big imbalance, and messes with chat in the towns... thanks!

@GaymerCraig There was a mod on nexus that dissapeared that gave you the ability to summon up to 3 summons and made the totem spell summon 3 totems in 1 cast. Would you like me to send it to you so you can look it over and incorperate it into your mod? I think the mod maker just vamoosed.

if you need help arfas from the cemmetary in act 1 summons one and its super dope. also fire lel and much more. the fact that necro mancer is pure necro mancer and some psueado summons and isnt cool in either direction blows.

the summoning school really needs rewoking, like i want to be able to summon a necro troll and cool shit, a water elemental for a water mage, ect. think you could mod that in, i'd be all about it.

So I finally tried the mod, and it doesn't work for me, does the poof act after 10 turns. Is there a possible conflicting mod ?
I don't have anything else related to incarnates or summoning mod wise.

Ah, I"ll try that, not sure if i'd want up to 3 perma incarnates out as i also have the permanent dire wolf and if i have other summons i can use then that mod for multiple summons would be handy. but i could just manually kill off the other incarnates too i suppose.

I'll try that out later on hopefully :)

Try loading both mods - you'll want this mod above the Summoner Reworked mod in load order. That way each of the Incarnates will have 999. Then unload it.

Once you summon your Incarnate, you can save, unload the mod and it will persist for 999 rounds even without the mod loaded.

Is this mod or if you happen to know, any mod that alters the Incarnates/summoning ability able to be added/removed mid save?

I'm having a hard time deciding whether I want to use this or the "Buffing" Summoning mod that tweaks the cooldowns and allows up to 3 summons. I suspect they aren't compatible and due to yours making it essentially permanent it would seem silly to add both mods.

DOSII mods tend to make load time take a while. When adjusting my mods (any mods I use) and whatnot after returning to the title screen I find it's best practice to quit to desktop and go back in.

I considered totem increases but 99 is a bit much. At that point you could one-shot something the moment the fight began with 20+ totems. I don't see this mod as OP IMO.
