You can make your own commercial lots by editing the lot pack definition file (eg, KMZLotPack.txt).

To get shopkeeps and CDF guards to spawn you need to define zones in the lot also by editing the line.

See lots/packs/vanilla.txt for examples.

How did you do this? I didn't think it was possible for us to make our own commercial lots in the game.

Hurray, first functinal commerce building with zones! Pretty roof/
But second exit and all switches inside make robbing quite easy.
Can fortify main enter glass doors with steel or roller door and add glassdoor on drinks.
