How about on a critical you put it on their head (It stuns them) then it recharges after a certain amount of time. Of course this would be pretty OP so you would have to make some majour disadvantages. Idk just an idea.

I have some nice names instead of The Monster Catcher: "Net On A Stick"(wich is like sun on a stick) or maybe "The Nature Cycle" and I also have a quite long name: "The Flying Maggot Obstacle". If you ask me the long one is the best.

as a stats idea: killing people with it should increase the scouts stats (maybe increase reload speed, or possibly health), but should come with a health, damage or swing speed debuff for balance. sort of like an Eyelander for the scout.
