Sorry to ask, would anyone know why the mod isn't loading? I haven't played in about 2 weeks. Loading up as normal, but its only loading vanilla. I did not notice an update for the base game if downloaded automatically. I have tried running on older versions of base game and still BI won't load. I'm just puzzled. Thank you for your comments.

DO NOT USE 1.16.10 it doesn't work, USE 1.16.9 instead it works perfectly.

It works fine until it loads... except for the sound cutting out, but the moment it finishes loading, the game crashes.

I'm a Korean user, and I only installed the Black Ice mod and the Korean mod downloaded from here, but the Black Ice mod shows up as -847mb on the Paradox Launcher mod screen.

Playing Germany at the moment but that Intelligence is not the same as used to be. Maybe HOI4 upgraded.

Any idea when Immersion Mod will be updated. Would like to start a new game but if an update is on the near horizon will wait for it. It takes me months to play a game.

If you put them in the queue and not upgrading them directly it takes atleast 1 day for the game to start an upgrade from the queue

It's strange, they are in the upgrade queue - Army Department, Government Cypher School etc But on the Intelligence Agency page it states "No Upgrade" but there are upgrades in the queue. Also, in that upgrades queue the civilian factory is showing 0. In the past it was easy to do the Intelligence upgrades but this new menu is completely different now. v 1.16.10

I don't seem to be able to upgrade the Intelligence Agency anymore. It does look like it has been changed but now the upgrades don't seem to improve. It's different from previous versions.

Btw it is intended Turkey on Nazi path (New path - Ittihat) can not get rid of Black market penalty? It is very taxing PP gain, hence no unity decisions to combat war support and stability penalties, hence constant strikes...

Also noted bug? When some focuses slightly decrease the penalty but it is not listed in focus until researched (eg. Clodius agreement - decrease Black amrket penalty appeared on it only after finishing the focus)

The flag is active for 180 days when GER starts barbarossa, so afterwards you can set it. Tho note that the "Winter Heating" spirit still tells the AI to cease attacks

Thank you, there was a bug in GERs timed offensive mechanics. You can fix it yourself by right clicking Germany so the diplo screen appears and then enter in console "set_flag ai_GER_eastern_offensive 1" without the "
