Good mod, good balance, good picture description. But I would make it 25% when attacking a DESERT city.

increase the desrt warfare to 20%. Heavily boost the defences of cities on or beside deserts

I've just checked and it is 25%. Keep in mind though that 25% is not what it used to be - siege weapons have 200% against cities, and the Siege promotion that can be chosen by Melee units is 50%, so it's only half as good as that

Is the combat bonus against cities 15% or 25%? The ingame description on the screenshots say 15% but in you wrote 25% in your workshop description. Maybe just a typo but i feel that 25% would be too much
