UPDATE:

Added support for camo tiles: Every texture comes with multiple camo slots. Use them as they are, or edit the name of the camo you want in one of the slots once more camos are released.

No, you don't get it. I decompiled most addons I've downloaded and slapped them into common folders. Many of them were also downloaded manually without the workshop. I have 128 currently subscribed, 224 posted by me and several hundreds in loose folders.

You can, click your subscribed items. Then look at the counter towards the top of the page, should say 'Displaying x of x addons'.
