They're too big to be growables. I'm not sure how to make them residential without the mod, sorry

Oops - so without Rico, no households? Darn, now I have to go and unsubscribe from, probably all Eight of your Buildings that I just subscribed to. Soooo bummed out. Thought I'd found a solution to my problem.

Any chance you'll make a few high-rise residentials that don't need RICO? You know - just residential highrises?

rico ready means with rico you get a residential building. without rico you get a unique building

Thank you sooooo much for all the residential highrises. I desperately need some in my game. And although I love Bloody Penguin's work, I'm working on a Non-Rico gamesave right now as a lot of people are commenting that they won't subscribe to a gamesave with Rico in it. Thought that might get me more subscribers for my next gamesave.
Does "Rico-Ready" mean I can plop it with or without Rico and still get the 210 homes?
This is a "unique building". So can I only use it once in the game?

@honker Don't worry about making your own version of Lake Point. @Drosovila gave up on his one a long time ago and never had plans to update/remake it
