I manage to get the link back by looking at this paticular pages source using google and actually found the mediafire link in the pages code. Additionally if anyone has Serious Marine 3 I would like to get my hands on that since the current link for Mega is down, so if someone would be willing reupload it until Pan fixes it that would be great.

On the main menu did you wait for it to say "Enumerating packages"? Wait for it to do that, follow the prompts. then play multiplayer and select the model.
