well we're actually on 1.10. the mod still works perfectly fine, just the communist & fascist tree are missing. i guess i'll have a look into it. maybe i'll take it over.

Hi, glad you like the mod @Neon! I'm sorry but no, I have no plans to update it. The last compatible version was 1.5.4, and since we're now on 1.9.x I think, it would take some time to get it compatible and tested with all the new things which have been added since into the game by Paradox.

As noted below, I don't have the energy to put into this or my other mods anymore. Real life happens and I work a lot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If anyone want's to update it and take ownership of the mod they are free to do so :)

quick question: do you plan to ever update it? i mean, the US got a great focus extension with MtG. will you ever implement these alt-political paths in the mod as well?

Is there a focus only version of the mod that makes the usa stronger without adding the new technologies

for some reason my focuses all have generic id names. i dont have anything on that would mess with their focus tree

I think you messed up the "Women's Army Corps" Focus. I don't think you're supposed to be at war with Germany, Japan, the Soviet Union, Italy, France and Britain at the same time. It should be at war with one of them or more right? Same for the Manhattan project

Would there be any way to make this work with Hearts of Anime? Whenever I enable HoA it overwrites this mod, causing the USA to have the standard focus tree.

@bahlen94 im a huge fan of the https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=854005206&searchtext=great+america when it comes to starting factories, he added about 100civs + a few MIC/Dockyards, but the issue is that you need to run it with https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=902284355&searchtext=50+slots for it to be most effective, the US had just such an industry/building base for its time http://www.combinedfleet.com/economic.htm , i would try to make it harder for the US to get into the war, but once they do, they should be the unstoppable juggernaut they once where, i would have tried to make a mod myself, but i kinda suck at the whole coding/making a mod thingy

@Xandor I did consider it when starting the work on the mod. The problem it brings however is that it would make the mod less compatible with other mods which changes those files. One could however in some part work around those issues by adding both the resources and industry through various national focuses and ideas instead. It isn't something however I plan on doing for the mod

Great mod! but have you ever considered to buff the Starting US industry/ resources? the US still feels kinda weak, with the original industry/resources

I should be able to do a mod with only the tech tree tomorrow or the day after. Will have to change focuses and national ideas which are tied to specific added techs, so it will take some time.

The German focus tree text is bugged with this mod.

In a vanilla in which the US is pretty much lacking in both focii and flavor, I really like this mod. Thanks for keeping it up to date.

Yes, it progressively buffs the US more than it nerfs it, especially after it goes to war to reflect its growing industrial capacity that it had in real life.

Does this buff the us more than it nerfs it?
