The "mask" in the pic you mentioned is pure photoshop. Technically its the same mask as the screenshot, just showing half with the vanilla skull mask. Pretty neat eh? Sorry my friend.
Do the screenshots showcase all the masks or just some?

Custom masks should (hopefully) no longer get black texture...
