Cool...I'll let you know if it pops up again. As I said, it only seemed to occur every once in awhile...usually it does not appear so it did not concern me that much. Thanks for looking into it.

I completely reload the asset and changed everything that could be.
I took the opportunity to reduce the number of triangles (old 10k, new 7k)
I hope I have solved the problem !!

Dunno why but this particular asset (in my game, *only* this particular asset) sometimes generates an error message "private building cannot have..." something like that. What is odd is that it only pops up occasionally - most of the time city loads with no errors. My guess is there may be some minor conflict with another mod that I have running. No idea as I am not a modder. Not a big deal, really, but I see where others seem to have encountered this same glitch.

Quit the game, unsubscibe the asset on Steam,
Restart steam and subscribe again, after restart the game.
I hope it will be okay for you

Westminster palace / Houses of Parliament are old building, with a large quantity of details, it may be a very great challenge to do them !! ...
For all of them, the realization of such buildings require a lot of research and a lot of time for their realization!!
...For The Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, at first sight, it seems more possible and i may produce it in the near future ; )

These items are only available in an European Map Theme !!
Thus I am not going to waste my time redoing a model ; )

Hi @luminou, thanks for sharing it. Since you are working / redoing it I will wait. But I am sure the same (rocket building - local colloquial name) The Gherkin [imgur.com] building is already available in the vanilla game under Landmarks tab. But I am not sure it is part of which DLC / Expansion as I own everything till date.

Took a look at Drosovila's Gherkin creation, i don't like it (created in 2015, there is no light and the definition is not good) ... no upatde from 2015.... I am redoing it !!!
