As you said, you should make a .txt file that show the ip you banned.

So, my friend has banned me from my own server... Now, everytime I host a server, when people try to join it, they are unable to connect, saying that it has failed after 4 retries. I've tried deleting my data folder in the Garrysmod folder as well as Deleting banned_user and banned_ip configs from my Garrysmod cfg folder, yet this hasn't fixed the problem. Any suggestions?

No, it's still there, I just checked. Click on the controller icon and scroll all the way to the bottom and ZPS should be there.

If you ban someone by mistake you must first get their IP by typing "listip" in the dev console, then typing "removeip x.x.x.x" with "x" being the IP address. Might add some sort of function that will print IP addresses with names to a text file if you guys would like that.
