How do I rebuild them? There was a guide I tried to follow where it said to duplicatethe ragdoll.smd file and rename it to the a_proportions.smd, but that broke it even more.

@Oshie Proportions tend to completely break on decompile. You'll have to rebuild them from scratch yourself.

Sorry to be a pain, but I'm trying to do an survivor swap where Max replaces Nick as I already have a mod over Ellis. When I did the swap, the mod works fine, but now Max is all stretched out. Would you know why that would be the case? The proportion trick and lines are all still there.

The smaller size of the character model is something you don't see support for. Then again given the cartoon nature like this with body parts of different proportions. They never did,nor did they look good
