seems not to wolrk perfectly, most of my employees still lose mood although it is wayyy slower so it works half way

do you have one that prevents retirement?

Always in a good mood ensured that employees are at 100% mood but my employees still make salary arguments and resign s;p clearly it does not work, looking at the employee menu shows mood declining as well

Tested on beta 29 and it's still working. Actually, i'm pretty confident that no update will ever broke this mod based on how mood is implemented. (still working since beta 12...)

How to do this naturally without feeling horrible about it: If you do pay bonuses from the employees menu, as long as you have the money to spare you actually can keep boosting them to 100% without waiting 30 days (atleast, that's what i've found during my time of playing)

Just tested it on a new game with the last update (22.4) and it's still working.

Hello Gams, this mod don't add any text. It's just a modification of the mood calculation. So i don't think a french translation is needed. (Surtout que je suis français^^)

There is a lot of discussion about that in the steam forum, it appears to be an issue with the game and steam synchronization said Jonas, unfortunately modders can't do anything about that.

No mod works with the version 12.7 .... None appears in the menu "Mod"

Hello bode. All my mods have been tested and are working under 12.6. Have you any error message in the mods menu in game ? Have you tested the developer mode in the game options and see any error in the console ?

I have the latest version I think (12.6) and no mods are working :(

I play on Mac, maybe it's the reason.

Once installed, you have nothing to do. Each employee will always be at 100% mood. Be sure to have to last version of the game (12.4).
