Asset failed, no longer working per LSM

Great or horrible, this building deserves to be described by extreme adjectives anyway!
Quick question though, having an issue where I can't select the building with the regular cursor (with move it I can select it just fine). I can place it and I can select it for a while but at some point I can't anymore. Probably not related to the building itself but since it's the only one doing this in my city so far, I though I might ask about that here.

Thank you for making the very region-specific signage optional. There's so many really nice buildings I come across but end up having some huge sign or branding on it that would make it only suitable in a Polish city or an Italian city or so on.

@HatsuneKid It has an underground section, that requires a nobase shader.

No, seriously: The quality from some modders here in the last few weeks is getting so good I would call for a sixth star for rating.
Great work on the detailing on an ortherwise very simple building.
Also a very big thank you for your youtube tutorials. Great help.
