Maybe, but it is a lot of work. The better warehouse models come with an average of 50 individual textures which have to be consolidated onto one single texture sheet for Skylines. Then the whole model needs to be cleaned up to make it more efficient. For example this model was 6500 triangles on the warehouse. The the whole model needs to be uv mapped to the new texture sheet. My current priority is working through my back catalogue of Cities XL assets and converting them for Skylines which you can browse here http://xlnation.city/resources/authors/pauljchris.19/

Btw - seem that you know how to use sub buildings - it would be nice to have this one mixed use - commercial and residential =) If you need some help I'll provide you with a steam account of a guy that definitely knows how to do that)
