@TeeBonz7 The last stand update added more higher quality portraits meaning all the mods that edit the old ones dont work.

noticed the portait on the lobby and ui on the hud doesn't appear.

@Oshul You can scale animations simply by adding the command $scale # before any & all animation-related lines in your .qc file. However, due to the nature of L4D2's survivor animations, you will have to decompile the _anim.mdl file for the survivor animations you want, then recompile those with $scale. Adding the command to the model itself will do nothing to the animations & will mess up your model instead.

Hey, how did you scale the animations? Did you just shrink the bone sizes?
