As I created a shopping center a few days ago I stumbled over the issue "FunGaming44" mentioned. It seems like the lods illumination map was missing on importing the asset OR there is an issue with LSMs texture sharing so the wrong map is applied.
Anyway I got a screenshot of the issue: https://i.imgur.com/eReJQ7I.png
As you can see one asset is shining brightly which is the Game Stop. Also the other one below is also the Game Shop asset. The reason one might not have seen it glowing is caused by the dynamic illumination of the asset - the illumination turns just on and off randomly.
Even if this asset is rather old it would be nice if you'd have a look :)
