It depends how mod is made. If its replacing or using vanilla files its probably gonna broke.

when you mean they dont work with mod traits does that mean they fight with those mods orit just wont work with them well

I like the general idea behind this.

A species with enhanced adrenal glands for instance would be more aggressive and thus militarist and possibly xenophobic.

Give longer description. I'm still not sure what your mod is doing.
