I know that first off, second off. I know a ♥♥♥♥ ton about Weaponry used by the Heer. Yes the flak on weels was used. The wheels do not fold as you have them,. It is secured by two sets of outriggers on either side.

@Oddball, it's impossible to create exactly the same creation in Brick Rigs due to game's limits, but Flak on wheels was used during WW2, for example Flak 88. Do your homework first, then come and criticize.
