Like i say with most of my items These stats are just an idea of what it could do.
All stats are made by Valve

Slowdown 10%-30%(depending on range) (No stun)
Most likely would come back faster than the sandman ball
If ignited works like spysicle and melts
can be used to extinguish friendlies like a jarate wih smaller AoE

What's the debuff on the stats, is it the ice statues? Because it could just have less health like the sandman.

I know what you meen. I am not an expert and since that update where they moved where the models were I lost most knowledge of how to make items. Besides there are similar versions out there that are better. I dont ever expect to get this in game. But if people know of some current tutorials I will certinaly update this with better graphics.

My only complaint is with the texturing, the wooden stick looks too shiney and metalic, and frosty (the ball) doesn't look like he's made of snow, but other than that I like it.

when it actually hits someone it should temporarily make their head a snowman's head (seen /displayed to shooter) until the screen covered in white snow (seen by victim) fades (melts) away and then the snowman's head is no longer seen by the shooter indicating the effect has worn off :D

the bat was ment to deal bleed but i removed that from the plan

i had the stats up in the desc but took em away
The snow ball was pure utility
and melted to extinguish fire
and slows depending on distance thrown
and the bat delt lower damage
