If you don't want the trigger_hurt in the water, type "ent_remove trigger_hurt" and spam it [up arrow and enter] until it stops saying "removed trigger_hurt"
If you've got any mods that modify citizen models or add new animations - they could be interfering?
If you've joined a server that customises models without restarting gmod, that could affect things too - but I can't imagine why anyone would remove base game sequences.
I don't know what to tell you.
If you go to Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\bin and run hlmv.exe, pick "(Steam) Load Model", paste "humans/group01/male_07.mdl" into the model box and then choose "sitccouchtv1" in the "Sequence" tab you'll get the pose.
