Thank you everyone for your comments and support! I am no longer updating this mod (or my other mods) unfortunately, my PC has croaked and I am unable to replace it for a while. Yeah, so while I absolutely love this place, it's too bad it can't be set for "home." Also, yeah, my mannequins are all partying it up when I walk in. Kind of hilarious really. Anyway, they do have this annoying flaw of liking to take thier clothes off!? If I don't make it back to the Reserve within 10 days...gah! So FRUSTRATING! I've decide at this point, they just get to live out thier lives nakey! I have spent too much time redressing them. :-/

Amazing house but why were the manequins walking around when I entered the house it was kind of terrifying.

The reserve is wonderfully simple, and yet provides everything you could ask for.

I purposely looked for a player house mod that wouldn't add to much to the game (not over the top), and yet have everything I wanted. This not only did all of that, it did it elegantly.

The mod works wonderful. Thers only one thing I stubble upon: I can't store things on the mannequins or chests. I walk up to them and press "E" as you sould, but insteed of putting thing in them I equip them (if its armor). No clue what to fix it. Help? XD

I tried this mod out last night, through personally I favor The Reserve II. It's smaller, homelier, and more luxerious without feeling too big or "out there". I did notice a few little bugs while exploring The Reserve (I):

*Chickens are outside of the fence rather than beside their nests
*No audio when River plays lute
*Pond near outhouse is runing upstream, not downstream
*No mini-mannequin for Markarth's shield and flag

I have random grass floating in my house. Everywhere. What the heck? XD Anyone know why this happens?

The Reserve may not be looking as grand or fatastic as some other high end houses and dwellings, but it has much better place arrangement. It is convenient and less buggy than other great house - Mountain Crest.

he has a picture of it on the map! right below Rorickstead, or whatever te name is.

Anyone know the exact spot? I can't find it and I've searched all locations near Rorikstead...

Showers+toilets= rare

Be careful had all my stuff on the mannequins just vanish and not just where you couldn't see it and it was still there which is normal crazy stuff. I had every mannequin full of armor, it was all the important stuff I collected in the game, all gone. Still my favorite home but I'm never trusting the mannequins again. The only thing that changed is I had loaded Dawnguard.

Still my favorite house, it's no doubt my home in Skyrim, thanks for all the hard work. I did find a bug ever since I used the horse, he seems to come with me wherever I fast travel to. I could live with that if he waited for me but he just starts back on his own and gets lost or falls into rivers and such.

I can't seem to find any commodities for alchemy/enchanting/forging etc. Are these kept somewhere in specific? All of the chests are empty, and the satchels by the enchanting and alchemy table have like one item in them each.

how to re enable a mannequin?

I love this mod - have used it as my player home since I started playing Skyrim. It's just perfect - lovely design, well-planned storage, all the things you need in a single load screen and a basement where unneeded followers hang out. I found Reserve 2 on a mod shopping spree earlier - I love the look of it, but the storage and mannequins mean this one will remain my home.

how do I get rid of that horse it keeps following me every where I go no answer soon and I'll just unsub it ...I have Reserve 2

Every night it's OK every body let's draw straws to see who has to double up with who for the 2 beds and the rest of us get ready to leave the warmth and comfort of this place and go outside so we can make Camp and get some sleep ....." Yea Yea ,grumble ,grumble ,..."

the manequins scare me. when i just now loaded in my game they started walking around ad then they immediatly tleeported back to their stands, i dont want to be in the reserve anymore.

the mannequins made me want to chop off my **** and eat it... in other words no sub from me

I am pretty picky when it comes to my player homes but THIS is a piece of art. Bravo. It is exactly what I imagine my own place would be like if I had been fortunate enough to have been born in the RIGHT era...It is absolutely perfect and serene and beautifully decorated. :)

Superb work and it's the only home I have consistently used to return to to store/craft etc.

** My only thought is that the video shows NPC's at various points which is what I was expecting. I prefer a home that has some 'activities' going on so it doesn't feel empty. Mine doesn't have any NPC's at all apart from the vendor outside. Am i missing something?
