The instructions I posted in my last comment still apply to TS2013. Go to the main menu in the game and click on Workshop. Then click on 'Get Scenarios' and find the one you want, then click on the 'subscribe' button and it will be downloaded into your TS2013 program :)
To run this scenario you need the London to Brighton route along with the Class 455 and the Class 444 :)
(You must have done some speeding to take that screenshot!)
There are three trains scheduled to depart Clapham Junction at the same time heading towards London.. the Player service and 2 services on the SWT line.
I've just recently uploaded a new scenario which has the busiest traffic pattern I've yet used.. You can find it under '2P33 19:15 London Victoria to Coulsdon Town' if you're interested. :)
