Halo 3 Elites are now compatible..!

Fixed one small error I found because the file does not exist.

Added the code to make the sounds callout now!

Added new sounds for marines because the old ones were not that great.

Oops! I forgot to change .wav to .ogg! Sorry!

Changed the elite pain sounds to something better and cleaned up the internal code!

Fixed a coding bug regarding death sounds.

Fixed a hidden bug pertaining threaten on marines.

Fixed a bug pertaining the delay time and possibly fixed step sounds not calling.

Testing out a bugfix here.
