* Black Cat Tail Necklace got rework
- It won't make you insane when you wear it
- It will let you eat monster meat without negative effects
- It still drains your sanity by (-3.3/min)
* Now necklace can break after 40 minutes (you can repair it by sewing kit)
* It still helps you with level related food (your character can't fall asleep)
* ..Only Winley can wear it

* Secret armor received 'his' old mind
- Now it will try to communicate with your vessel

* Now secret cane cannot be used again after 4:60 seconds (nightmare fuel is necessary)
- It can still repair itself when unequipped before it breaks

* Recipe for Black Cat Tail Necklace
* Buffed default Gnarang (and superior version) damage by 100% (now it's 12 instead of 6)
* Nerfed default Gnarang uses by 50% (now it's 50 instead of 100)
* Winley now cannot eat monster food when he got low hunger (this function was weird enough)
without negative effects
