* Added new secret skull
* Added new secret cane
* Added new secret sword

* Now Gnarcoon cannot grow with level, you can change that in mod settings
* New craftables ( and their order )
* Changed some old craftables to fit new ones
* Gnarcoon junior (and shadow version) can now drown
