-Added the belt trader back to a bunch of towns i accidently deleted them from :P

-Added Goggles to Basic Belts Research
-Gave All combat belts the same fist injury mult as Combat belt mk3

made an edit to the combat v4 and v5 research projects. They should not have been displaying enabling to craft ancient science books

-fixed bug where belt traders were not spawning with backpacks. therefore having no inventory in thier shop

- Belt of Minor Combat Athletics multiplier changed from 0.9 to 0.95

-Belt of Combat Athletics Multplier changed from 0.8 to 0.9

-Belt of Major Combat Changed from 0.7 to 0.85

-removed strength training belt for now

-forgot to add new items to the crafting bench. fixed that now...im dumb
