Big balance changes

-all weather resistance/immunity belts had stomach coverage changed to 10 rather than 30

-belt of stealth/ninja stomach coverage changed from 30 to 10

-belt of iron skin removed from vendor list for now

-belt of minor combat, stomach coverge changed from 30 to 10 , combat speed mult changed from 1.5 to 1.1

-belt of combat , combat skill bonus changed from 5 to 3 , stomach coverage changed from 30 to 15

-belt of major combat , stomach coverage changed from 30 to 20

-belt of light protection , stomach coverage chnaged from 30 to 10
