UPDATE TO VERSION 1.9
Changes:
- 4 new ships (flagship, artillery ship, party boat, privateer)
- several missing texts added and text corrections and French translations
- silght balancig changes (e.g. pest boat and ghostship costs some population too; heavy ships has "inflict leaking")
