*Nerfed down Accuracy a little bit. Considering Tracking will make Evasion meets its end.

*Siege no longer have effect, nor level up when planet's fortification drop to 0.

*Shock cannot level up by destroying mining & research stations.

*Add Siege to every Admirals. High siege status can perform effective orbital bombardment.

*Add 2 new preferred weapon type for Admirals - Point-Defense and Strike Craft.
(Need related technologies for them to become available)

*Point-Defense has small bonus with kinetic weapon, Strike Craft has minor bonus with explosive weapon.

*Adjusted Flexibility level up condition (So it won't level up way too fast).

*Minor Bug fixes

*Minor text tweaks

*Added Turbolaser preferred trait! a event will popup to confirm whether you have the mod, then some of your Admirals in pool will start to have Turbolaser preferred. (Star Wars Weapons)
( Turbolaser preferred has bonus to point-defense )

*Adjusted traits giving conditions. (Since Some players won't have default empire properly)

*All Shield Penetration traits are altered to Shield Damage. (Because it seems to be bug, it has no effect on Admiral. But Armor Penetration work as intended, weird)

*Increase Flexibility level up difficultly.

*Minor text error fixes.

*Fixed ship getting destory won't fire Shock effect.

*Ship destroyed Shock effect now only last for 5 days.

*Adjusted Shock effect trigger condition, weak fleet power Empires have higher chance to trigger when fighting stronger fleet power Empires.

*Shock effect is less likely to trigger when fighting fleet power interior Empire, and never trigger when fighting very weak empire.

(Can't let doomstack become more doomstack, can we?)
