- Fix initial appearance at wrong system
- Fix issue with country auto-removal when all dragon are killed but there are still planets with Eggs
- Give second chance for dragons in first 200 years, if all are killed, place new Egg somewhere. This prevents situations when dragons killed eventually by Fallen, for example and player never encounter any dragon.
- Add descriptions for encounters with different dragon types.

Version 2.0 upload

This version consist of the following changes:
- separate roaming dragons from vanila Hoard Guardian completely
- Rename all dragons according with comments Whelp-Wyrmling-Dragon-Wyrm
- Add dragon names for all dragon fleets to distinguish them one from another
- Add special projects for dragon remains after kiiling it.
- small fixes and tunings.
