The Update isn´t that big because i split it into 2 parts, so the next update which will include events related to the administration ai will come out soon! (soon means between one week and half a year)

The Administration Complex is now split into 4 different buildings:
Administration Complex: Government Order
Administration Complex: Executive
Administration Complex: Government Recruitment
Administration Complex: Government Improves

The old Administration Complex buildings will still exist, with some changed stats though.

Each Administration Complex Type can only be built 3 times

+ A LOT of balancing:
Black Hole is now more dangerous to make the safe artificial black hole a more useful choice
Overall Influence Output of buildings slightly reduced (Administration Complex, Small Administration AI)
