- Both ultimate abilities no longer debuff.
- Un. Torment now separately plagues scourge with his standard plague.
- Un. Torment team plague increased from 3/3/4/4/5 to 4/4/5/5/6.
- Ab. Havoc no longer plagues team, only the scourge with standard plague.
- Ab. Havoc now stresses your team for 22 33 4.
- Ab. Havoc now stresses your team for 1 over 1/2/3/4/5 rounds.

- Increased all base plague received from abilities by 1.
- Infectious Offering can now also attack enemies in position 3.
- Infectious Offering damage penalty increased from 0% to -33%.
- Excoriate damage to plagued enemies reduced from 260% to 225%.
- Un. Torment DOT damage reduced from 2/3/4/5/6 to 1/2/3/4/5.
- Ab. Havoc damage amplification reduced by 100% on all levels.

- Abilites now plague the Scourge.
- Death's door effect removed.
- Noxious Raze is back to 2 targets instead of 3. Icon reverted as well.
- Penalties on the ultimates reverted to what they were.
- Deathlock also plagues the scourge no longer cures.
