Update v0.40A - 1 Dec 2018

- New areas open: South-West, North,
- Fixed some meshes, collisions, biome temperatures* and effects
- New connection trought cave from the center lake to the north with resources
- More dino spawns (practically all in map temporally until caves are finished)
- Player start. Player start close to hotspot in hardest areas.
- Reduced Wyvern amount on Wyvern trench
- 3 New Igloo's on hardest areas with nice temperature, water areas close to facilitate the base building
- Reduced the render distance in all levels for better performance.
- Fixed pyramid collision
- More work on sounds (i'm still working on it)
- Artifacts in Enderby Lake
- Aberration dinos moved to peninsula temporally
- Fixed light bug effects
- Fixed Aberration foliage
- Aberration resources available on peninsula temporally
