Fixed Empire troops spawning on Rebels team issue

Added the ability to choose to play as the Rebel Scum or the Supreme Galatic Empire in the mission parameters.

Removed Aircraft towers from main spawn as further testing has showed they cause random explosions.

Mission name change

.1. Changed Spartan 01 to a vanilla Arma 3 helicopter the "Merlin" as the mobile respawn and general cargo helicopter.

.2. Changed Supplies, Ammo and Fuel objects.

.3. Fixed the LAAT spawn from blowing up
