-fixed z-fighting textures at entrance

-fixed LOD flickering issue with the illumination map at field level
-updated LOD texures to better match main model
-updated LOD w additional geometry for grass
-improved night lighting
-adjusted vertices around entrance to hide auto-generated base geometry
-updated "bigger field" sub-building so that it can be used separately
-fixed a texture tear at corner of the running track
