Added a scrapped weapon, the Laser Gun (originally ported by Ar2R-devil-PiNKy for Serious Sam Classic: Revolution)

Update 17/04/2019:
*improved rendering;
*added rotating animations;
*added firing animations for the minigun;
*adjusted sized (based mainly on the weapons of L4D2);
*fixed some bones;
*other bugs have been fixed.
