Headcrabs are no longer invisible outside this map. Fast and classic zombies still have a reskin outside this map, but everything else should be as normal. This aint perfect, but it is better than nothing

Added spawnmenu thumbnails to custom weapons. Fixed the boss from respawning. Fixed a minor bug where a door could be opened prematurely. Removed unused weapons.
