Small Xmas Update!

- changed map scenery to snow

- fixed: traitor door can no longer be opened by crowbar
- added: steam makes noise
- replaced: some brush models by custom prop models (windows, meatpete cardboard, monitorwall etc...)

added canals between tenement and factory
added a traitorroom with teleporter, observation console and a steamtrap
added a lot of details and eastereggs
added some custom textures
fixed hdr intensity changes
fixed some smaller bugs
changed 3d skybox to a modest, more consistent cloud dome
