v6.21They shouldn't be auto spawning yet, so you will have to spawn them in. Summon Amazonia_2_Character_BP_C
INI options to control what they spawn with: ShirtNPC=T/F and PantsNPC=T/F.

v5.3 Tek stuff re-added, element should still work from inventory. Added armors to smithy, fab, and tek rep. (Hekete <3 Thanks for nagging) Please test Ascension and blood extractor. Comment any problems.
