Add missed terraforming links to gaia, hive and machine worlds with appropriate perks

Update for 2.8 support

- Increase spawn chance for related anomaly if there is no Planetary Diversity mod
- Enable generic districts on mod planet types
- Allow food districts in some cases when planet has appropriate deposits

2.6 update, most changes are for compatibility with other mods

2.4 update

- make check for TC less expensive, run it only when any ship finishes survey
- special check for Nu-Baol terraforming to remove bad modifiers from this mod
