Fixed an issue that prevented barbarians from spawning on the included maps when True Start Locations scenario was enabled.

Buffed Skyrim: Solitude can now work snow and tundra tiles for food or gold. (Only Solitude)

Nerfed Valenwood and Argonia:

Valenwood now only gets +2 faith from unimproved forest and jungle tiles, they no longer get +2 culture on those tiles

Argonia now only gets +2 culture from unimproved marsh tiles, they no longer get +2 faith from those tiles.


Imperial Legionnaire units now look like Imperial Legionnaires!

Kargrenac was put in his place by King Dumac, who retook the throne of Dwemereth
The Mane has graciously given leadership of Elsweyr to Keirgo�..for now
Dreekius has disappeared, many blame the An-Xileel who now lead Argonia!
