The mod is now updated for 1.9

Additions
- Changed National Focus to make use of the new filters

- Updated the thumbnail of the workshop item

- Updated the description of the workshop item

Bugfixes:
- Changed AI prioritization for decisions and events
- Fixed the traits and skills of Henri Guisan
- Changed the icon for the focus "Vollmachtenregime"
- Fixed the label of the threat generated by "Rütlirapport"

During the last weeks we worked on updating the mod to the newest version and adding new content. This is probably the last update which adds new features, as the mod now covers all planned content.

For this reason we want to add some new things with this update. We hope you enjoy it.

Additions:
- Added a new decision category "Surrounded by War" with custom description and picture
- This category is displayed when a country bordering Switzerland is at war. Provided that switzerland itself is not at war.
- Two previously random events are now available in this category.
- Added a new event for the focus "Rütlirapport"
- All placeholders were replaced with proper text.

Bugfixes:
- The AI prioritization for the focus was updated to reflect the actual history of Switzerland (If Historical Focus is enabled)
- Armed Neutrality now includes the neutrality modifiers that were missing.

Additions:
- Added new descriptions for some National Focus
- Added a new icon for "Armed Neutrality"
- Added a new event when completing the National Focus "Spiritual National Defence"

Bugfixes:
- Both "Vollmachtenregime" and "Rearmament" will no longer be canceled if the World Tension sinks below 10% / 5%

Additions:
- Changed the generic "Neutral Foreign Policy" to "Swiss Neutrality"
- Added a new icon for "Swiss Neutrality"
- Added missing descriptions for bookmarks

A small update at the end of the year.

- The times of some National Focus have been changed to match the intended duration

After a loooooooooooooooooong break the mod is finally updated for the newest version.
