All aircraft can now use the Dynamic loadout system introduced in the 1.70 Update.

V-44X Blackfish And all variants now show up in the CTRG (Altis) Faction units list.

Removed MQ-4 Greyhawk (CAS) as the Dynamic loadout system has made it obsolete.
