I've done a bit of a rework.

- Added more options
- Individual player options for activation methods
- Extra structure options
- Added a 4x4 mega awesome elevator
- Lots of small improvements

- Complete remake with imporved logic.

- The Up and Down arrow keys are now also accepted as inputs.

- Sound attenuation fixed. No longer heard from far away.

- Added new Giant Awesome Elevator (2x2 ceilings). Regular and Giant are not compatible with each other.
