fixed items that give hp and/or spawn pickups sometimes not giving the hp/pickups when taken with sticky fingers

added description for External item descriptions

- since schoolbag is in the game converted mod to sticky fingers exclusively

- minor tweaks/bugfixing

- fixed bug where sometimes on a new run the hand would think it had been re-rolled and drop the active item you had last run

- added compatibility with 'Backpack', this should now let you carry 3 items and not have items overwriting each other when you change items

- Swap button is more responsive
- Modded items now have proper sprites shown

- Thumbnail update

- Hand should now drop your secondary active item if it gets rerolled

- updated sprites/item names
