Ship names update!

All Commonwealth of Man ship names translated into Latin.

Battleship names, which I found very lackluster compaired to the others, were changed to the names of famous Roman battles.

Crusiers names retained their theme of mythical and historical figures.

Added a few famous Roman historians to Science Vessel names.
