Updated 1.7: Corrected coding so custom empires could spawn with Star Falls portraits without randomizing throughout the galaxy.

Update 1.6: Updated the mod to support Patch 1.8.2 "Capek." This includes fixing numerous errors and making the Hannah + Sphere cultures Machine based. Best solution I know of at this time.
